Please note that the terms of service are subject to change. You will be notified of any changes that may affect you, but you will not be expected to agree to the changes if you have already placed payment for a project.
Because I cannot use copyrighted material or other artists' personal artworks for commercial usage, you are to provide the images. You may also request that I create an image for you, either abstract or hand-drawn, in which case you will be required to pay extra.
All your information will be kept in strict confidence. No third party will obtain any of your information from me.
Any payment towards the project is strictly non-refundable. If there happens to be faults in the original project, I will repair them for free within 30 days from the final payment.
If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may opt to cancel your order at any time. However, any earlier payments towards the project will be non-refundable.
You may not request any changes and/or additions to the project after you have accepted the completed project unless you would like to pay extra separately or there is a fault in the original project.
Any assistance directly related to the requested project is offered, free of charge, within 30 days of its completion. After-sales services include installations, guides to adjusting the coding/styles and any explanations of certain parts you do not understand about the project. It does not, however, include any changes and/or additions to the project. After-sales services are not guaranteed after the stated 30 days have elapsed.
You are not required to credit me, but I remain the sole producer of the project. You may not claim it as your own or redistribute in any way -- profitably or non-profitably -- without my express permission.
